Do I need to create a Marveli account in order to shop?

No you do not need to create a Marveli account in order to shop on the website. You can make purchases and check out as a guest if you do not want to create an account. However, by setting up a Marveli account, it will make the order process seamless the next time you shop with Marveli. You will not need to always enter your order details or bank details. You have the option to create an account anytime or you can create an account when you checkout with the items you want to purchase.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

Please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the respective product page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we can send all items worldwide. Delivery charges will vary depending on the location of the recipient.

CAN MULTIPLE ORDERS BE COMBINED?

Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Standard shipments within the UK will take up to 3 business days to arrive. International shipments typically take up to 7 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Please note that Exchanges only are accepted for a faulty item, wrongly sized or incorrect items. Any returns must be sent back within 14 days, unworn. Tags must not be broken. We can't refund your original or return postage costs unless product is faulty / incorrect.

WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

To be notified of any restock, please click the ‘Notify Me When This Product Is In Stock’ link located on the respective item’s product page. 

I AM PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER. DOES THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDE THE CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND/OR TAXES?

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (ddu), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED?

Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment via the composition label. Please follow these instructions carefully. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us at customerservice@marveli.com

I PLACED A SUCCESSFUL ORDER BUT WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET?

If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through via customerservice@marveli.com

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once it has been placed.

If I have a discount code, how can I use it?

When you have selected the items you want to purchase and added them to your cart you will have an option to key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” before proceeding to check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
